La Llosa PDF Print E-mail
A great variety of large fish, octopus and crustacions can be seen at La Llosa. A fantastic blue abyss drops away from the reef paltform situated at 10 mts.
This location is situated behind Benidorm Island (far from the coast and in deep water).
Occasional strong currents must be one of the reasons why octopuses and moray eels appear to be much larger than at the locations near to the coast. This is an ideal place for corals to grow. The water at this point is clear and free from sediment.
Stretching to a depth of  35 metres / 114 feet many consider this spot as the most beautiful location between Calpe and Benidorm

Top Tips:
Check out the large moray eels on the reef wall.
Cameras a must.

Normally forms part of a double dive from Greenwichdiving.
