The Summer Season @ Greenwich diving:
First and Foremost, the whole Team here at Greenwichdiving would like to extend a Massive THANK YOU to all our divers, friends, family and suppliers for what has been a fantastic summer season here at the dive centre. We have received visitors from as far afield as Canada , The USA , South America , Russia , South Africa , all countries from central Europe with a special mention to our friends from Belgium and France and most of all from all our Amigos here in Spain . For this reason it was decided to combine the July and August Newsletters.
 
 
 
Greenwichdiving – More Courses:
So far this year we have completed 400 diving courses here at Greenwichdiving. With our emphasis as always being on quality, safety and price, we would like to congratulate all our visitors who have completed courses this year with us. These range from trial dives to Instructor courses. Remember we publish photos for Free every day in our gallery section of our website; please download as many copies as you wish. Likewise for those of you who have completed courses you can see you name in the ´Enhorabuena´ (Congratulations) section of our website.
 
 
Greenwichdiving Foro (Blog):
Continuously listening to advice from our clients, we will be shortly launching our own Greenwichdiving ´Foro´ (Blog) within our website. Here you can comment on many subjects or arrange to meet friends for diving weekends here at the centre. Thank you to Oscar and Jordi for all your help in getting the Foro launched.

Divers of the Month:

Judith and Ralf Michelke – Regular visitors to the club from Germany, Judith and Ralf have been great supporters of the club since we established ourselves last year. We have enjoyed the Night Dive Speciality Course together along with many great dives, Ralf is now a keep photographer and many of his photos from his dives can be seen in our ´Gallery Section ¨ of our Website www.greenwichdiving.com

Q: How many species of sea turtles are there and how many are endangered? A: There are seven species of sea turtles and all seven are endangered.
Q: Are sea turtles mammals, reptiles or fish? A: Sea turtles are reptiles that breathe air and spend time above and below water.
Q: What types of threats might a sea turtle face in its lifetime? A: Natural predators like sea birds and raccoons, storms and hurricanes, coastal development, poachers, pollution and Fishing Nets.
