After a Great Easter … Summer is here …..

What a response on April … Fantastic to see many old and new faces diving with us this last month, your support is greatly appreciated and we are very happy that all our improvements to the centre and the club atmosphere are being appreciated by all our clients.

News in April

A very good month of diving was had by all, plenty of sightings of all our favourite fish including Sunfish, Octopus, plus shellfish with the added bonus at the start of April of sightings of Loggerhead Turtles
(Tortuga Boba)  both on the surface and under the water at La Llosa. It is a pleasure to collaborate with the Conservation Director from the Serra Gelada National Park which covers may of our favourite dive areas.

Congratulations to Antonio from Madrid,  Mareen, Claudia, Conny, Christian, and Micheal from Germany on passing their Open Water Diver Courses, well done to you all. Thanks also to La Villajoyosa Rugby Club for your visit, sixteen rugby players for a Discover Scuba afternoon was greatly enjoyed.. Well Done Lads.
We really enjoyed the visit from Underwater No 1 from Germany, Dirk and the team are welcome any time.
Alessandro and Harald are well on their way with our first Deep Diver Speciality course of the year and already for May we have Divemaster and Rescue Diver Courses ready to roll.

Easter week saw many of our friends down from Madrid , Valencia and Bilbao, along with all our international visitors, As you know we dive everyday so let us know when you are down here again and we will make sure you place is booked, let us know via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Coming Up in May

Now active on our website are the new Gallery section updating you with recent photos from our diving trips (please let us know if you want us to send you any copies).
Our Calendar is live and features our planned events up until 31.12.09. (Events ranging from our Regular Dives, our Photo Competition Weekend and even Ice Diving Next Winter).
Don’t forget to visit our Guestbook and leave us you comments.

At the end of May we have a visit from our friends from the Ecological Institute of Alicante with whom we will be working closely. They will be holding a short seminar with us discussing some of the local species in need of protection.
